Stake

We need to clarify first how our staking pool works. It might be different from any other pools you’ve ever joined. This How To guide will show you the staking process since the pool opened. We offer two types of rewards: to-governance SYNR and sSYNR (or synthetic SYNR)

sSYNR is earned by stake SYNR and can be used to purchase such things as: in-game assets, in-game mobility, turf (or land), as well as market place business licenses and auctions. Can be transferred outside the game or traded, and currently the Marketplace is not activated. Therefore, sSYNR will not work either. We will update information about the Market Place timeline soon.

SYNR is our governance token sold between IDO and the auction with Copper Launch, tradable on the DEX and future CEX platforms. sSYNR is our synthetic in-game currency that will only be used in games and markets. Place of SYN CITY only

Core Pool

We will be rolling out different staking pools over time, with our earliest pool known as Core Pool, the equivalent of Single Asset Staking or SAS pool.

  • You can choose a lockup that suits your investment scope from 16 weeks up to 52 weeks.
  • Rewards are calculated based on weighting for a locked period.
  • The longer the SYNR is locked, the greater the weighting of the token staked. And the reward will be more as well.
  • Weighting varies between 1.3 of 16 weeks and up to 2.0 of 52 weeks.
  • The mobile version of the dApp is not currently available.

How to stake and earn SYNR and/or sSYNR?

Rewards earned for stake in the Core Pool can be either SYNR or sSYNR, and the principal (amount initially staked) can be withdrawn upon completion of the lock period. But you can always get rewards while collecting.

  • IF REWARDS ARE SYNR, SYNR will automatically deposit into Core Pool immediately and vest for 1 year. Locked rewards will be paid back during the lock period.
  • Another option is to receive rewards in sSYNR that can only be used in the game. and withdraw without log-up

Step 1 — Access the Staking Portal

This is the easiest step. All you have to do is visit our staking portal here. staking.syn.city When you press it, the ‘Overview’ page will be displayed.

Make sure to check carefully that you only click on our official links.

Step 2 — Connect Wallet

Next is to connect your wallet. It’s as simple as pressing the “Connect Wallet” button on the top right corner of the screen. after pressing Just choose your wallet.

Step 3 — Select Lockup and weighting.

After successfully connecting your wallet, next you click on “Staking Pools” on the left hand side. The screen will be as shown below. You can click Stake in our Core Pool (these How To numbers are fictitious for demonstration purposes only).

Once you click Stake, you can choose whatever weighting and log-up duration you want. Please be between 16 and 52 weeks only. And the more log-ups, the longer the stake.

Step 4 — Approval

After setting and clicking the “STAKE” button on the bottom right before the auction is finished It must be verified with an initial approval transaction through your wallet. This will give you a contractual license to use $SYNR.

So far, a metamask prompt will be sent and you need to confirm the transaction. Be sure to check the transaction and the price of the fee carefully. and remember that The maximum fee must be at least “equal to” the current fee. so you can go through this step

after confirming this transaction Please wait until confirmation from ethereum blockchain.

Step 5 — Stake

Once this transaction is confirmed on chain, another separate transaction will be generated for you to stake in the contract, as there are always 2 transactions to receive $SYNR.

You can check if all of your steps have been completed by clicking “Details”, which will display a breakdown of your current APY, added liquidity and currently requested reward.

Step 6 — Get Rewarded!

Congratulations to those who have reached this point! Post stake in our Core Pool and win a locked $SYNR. Now it’s up to you how often you will receive it and will it be a SYNR or sSYNR?

How to get $SYNR or $sSYNR

Click “Reward Details” on the main Staking page and choose either to receive SYNR or sSYNR. Once again, SYNR will vest for a period of 1 year while sSYNR will be withdrawn from your wallet immediately.

Now it’s only left to choose what kind of reward you will receive. Click and manage your transactions! If you choose to withdraw SYNR, you will see the log-up duration in the vesting section at the top right of the screen.

This page will show you the deposit balance with the selected lock time, as well as the SYNRs you have already received. Keep in mind that these rewards will be automatically deposited into the Core Pool and will be awarded weight of 2.0!
