On the night of Monday: Taxi drivers attacked in Feldkirchen – Munich

A taxi driver from Munich has become the victim of an attempted robbery. On Monday morning around 1.45 a.m. at Orleansplatz, he picked up a passenger who wanted to go to Feldkirchen. Once there, the man got out of the car without paying.

The taxi driver wanted to confront him but was threatened with a “knife-like object,” police said. The passenger demanded cash from the taxi driver, but was then disturbed by a passing car and fled. An immediate search by the police was unsuccessful. The man is described as 25 to 30 years old and 1.85 to 1.90 meters tall. He spoke German without an accent and wore a black hoodie.
