On the edge in a prime location – economy

If you are looking for a picture of the mood that currently prevails at the building, you would have to go to Alramstrasse in Munich. There, just a short walk from the city center or Theresienwiese, there is a gaping hole: the so-called “Sendlinger Loch”, a 15 meter deep abyss in a prime location that is constantly threatening to overflow with groundwater. There should have been a block of luxury apartments here for a long time, but for years there has only been a hollow space instead of living space.
