Just checked again – after all, nobody will claim to have seriously kept track of the latently insane staff wear and tear of this band: From 1974 to 1984 Fred White was the drummer of Earth, Wind and Fire. He had inherited the instrument directly from his half-brother Maurice, founder, mastermind, singer and visionary of the band, also when it came to business, and by no means a bad drummer himself.
