In Offenburg in Baden-Württemberg, a large police force was deployed to a school. A teenager is said to have injured a classmate there with a firearm. The emergency services have arrested one person.
A suspect was arrested during a major police operation at a school in Offenburg, Baden. A young student is said to have injured a classmate there with a firearm. The injured man was treated by rescue workers, the police said on Thursday. The students are in their classrooms for their safety.
The school is located in the northern part of the municipality in the Ortenau district. A spokeswoman for the When asked, the police said they did not yet have any information about whether people were injured during the operation. “The police are on site with strong forces,” it said in a statement.
