Marin Schmitt is just as adept at playing the keys as he is with words. The new program of the piano cabaret artist who grew up in Gräfelfing is called: “Now the blues is fun”. It is a mixture of humorous, ironic and enigmatic stories and songs that the artist asks: “Who can hold Schmitt?” applies. Martin Schmitt, who was awarded the SZ Tassilo Prize and became German Cabaret Champion in the 2018/2019 season, will be presenting it on Thursday, January 19, at the Oberschleißheim Citizens’ Center. What distinguishes Schmitt above all are his entertainer qualities.
