A 35-year-old driver from the Rosenheim district left the road in Oberpframmern on Saturday afternoon and crashed into a front yard. According to the police, the man broke through the garden fence and the wall behind it, the officials estimate the total damage at around 3000 euros. The driver was uninjured, but when the police recorded the accident, they found that he was intoxicated. He now faces criminal prosecution.
