Oberhaching – district road M11 blocked – district of Munich

The heavy traffic on the district road M 11 between Oberhaching and Grünwald has led to considerable damage such as ruts. The road now needs to be repaired. From Monday, August 22 to probably Friday, September 9, the Freising State Building Authority will be renewing the road surface west of Oberhaching over a length of around 2.5 kilometers on behalf of the Munich district. Between the motorway junction and the tunnel near the Kugleralm, the M 11 will be given a new binder and asphalt surface course and will therefore be closed to traffic for the duration of the work.

According to the state building authority, the work will be divided into two construction phases: First, the section between the motorway junction and the roundabout in Oberhaching will be renovated, followed by the area from the roundabout up to and including the tunnel. The motorway junction itself remains passable.

A large detour has been set up for local traffic. It leads on state road 2368 via Oberbiberg to Endlhausen, from there on state road 2070 to Egling and on state road 2072 back in the direction of Grünwald. The diversion applies to both directions of travel.
