But they are not always the ultimate solution; they often have no basis whatsoever and are simply wrong.

For example, there is good old schnapps. It is said to help the body digest faster. But he doesn’t. The alcohol relaxes the stomach, so to speak, but it makes it rather sluggish. Instead of really stepping on the gas, fat burning is inhibited. This has exactly the opposite effect to what you wanted to achieve with the quick after meal.

Fact or nonsense?

However, the chicken egg is better than its reputation. It is often said that too much egg consumption is bad for cholesterol levels. Eggs contain many important nutrients.
