Nuremberg has rejected a referendum on the 365-euro ticket. In a special session, the city council spoke out against letting the people of Nuremberg vote on a cheap annual ticket. One initiative had collected a sufficient number of signatures. However, the city doubts the admissibility of the requestbecause it contradicts the principles of economics. The initiative had announced legal action in the event.
