A man is said to have been killed with a knife in the harbor. Additionally shocking: Four children and young people are suspected of committing the crime.

After the violent death of a man at Dortmund harbor on Thursday evening, the police have provisionally arrested four underage suspects. The four arrested were two underage children and two teenagers aged 14 and 15, the police and public prosecutor said Dortmund with.
