Dead man in dumpster – man was missing

The 22-year-old had been missing since the beginning of the year. His body was discovered on Monday. He was probably killed by a sharp object.
The 22-year-old, whose body was found near Bielefeld Was discovered in a garbage container and had been missing since the beginning of the year. The dead man was found in a container on Monday by employees of a waste disposal company in Bad Oeynhausen near Bielefeld.
According to previous findings, the young man left an apartment in the city (Minden-Lübbecke district) on the night of January 2nd, after which he did not appear again, as the public prosecutor’s office and police in Bielefeld reported on Wednesday. Part of the investigation is the question of which route the 22-year-old took afterwards. Relatives reported him missing.
According to an earlier joint statement from the public prosecutor’s office and the police, the man was killed with a sharp object. At first it was unclear whether the death was caused by the mechanical processes involved in waste processing. The container was delivered to the waste disposal company from a clinic in Bad Oeynhausen. No further details were given. The police are still looking for witnesses.
