The novelist and actress Ysabelle Lacamp, who played among others with Alain Delon, died at the age of 68 from cancer, her publisher announced on Tuesday. Bruno Doucey editions hailed in a press release a “luminous woman” and “author of many successful novels”, including The Dragon’s Kissthe first in 1986, or The Blue Elephant in 1990.
Of French father and Korean mother, Ysabelle Lacamp has played many roles in cinema and television, such as in The misfit (1983) with Jean-Paul Belmondo or in an episode of the series Fabio Montale (2002) with Alain Delon.
