In the Norwegian city of Kongsberg, a man with a bow and arrow killed and injured several people. The alleged perpetrator was arrested.
In the Norwegian city of Kongsberg, a man killed or injured several people with bows and arrows, according to police. “The man was arrested,” police chief Oeyvind Aas told reporters. “According to our information so far, he carried out the deeds alone.” He was taken to a police station in the neighboring town of Drammen.
Evidence was secured at the crime scenes.

No further suspects are being sought, Aas said. The injured were hospitalized. The police did not comment on the number of victims or the severity of their injuries. There is also no information on the possible motifs. Kongsberg is about 85 kilometers west of Oslo.
