“North by Northwest”
A new person in Hauke Jacobs’ life
In the new episode of “Nord bei Nordwest” Hauke Jacobs is also swarmed by two women. At the end of the episode, a young lady moves in with him – at least temporarily.
But at the end of “Goblin No. 4”, the first of three new episodes from the ARD crime series, it is someone else who makes this dream come true: Paula, the orphan who witnessed the murders. The teenager feels safe with Hauke Jacobs. “Do I have to go back to the home?” she asks the loner at the end.
Paula is played by Alissa Lazar. The actress celebrates her 16th birthday on January 18th and, despite her young age, can already boast a number of roles: She has already played several times in the theater and has also appeared in the evening series “Die Pfefferkörner”. Lazar lives in Hamburg and speaks several languages: in addition to German, Russian is her mother tongue, and she also speaks English fluently.
“Nord bei Nordwest”: Alissa Lazar plays the young Paula
Her role was quite demanding because she had to make do with just a few words: “I found it a special challenge to show what was going on in Paula’s mind and to say little at the same time,” says the 15-year-old. She mastered it with flying colors.
But what happens next for Paula, who she plays? Hauke Jacobs brings up adoption in his awkward way. However, this earns the police officer and veterinarian a strong rebuff. Paula rejects this with clear words: “I don’t want to be adopted by you,” she says.
But it doesn’t have to be forever. Hauke Jacobs finds a solution: Maybe, he suggests, she could stay with him until someone adopts her. The smile on the girl’s face is a clear answer. So the most sought-after bachelor from Schwanitz is no longer completely alone for the time being.
