Sound of Metal, also an Oscar nominee, won Best Actor for Riz Ahmed, rock drummer who goes deaf, Best Supporting Actor for Paul Raci and Best Debut for director Darius Marder. South Korean actress Youn Yuh-jung recorded yet another victory for her supporting role as eccentric grandmother in Minari, for which she is also nominated for the Oscars.
