Two men aged 26 and 23 were imprisoned on Friday, the day after their arrest in Toulouse for a violent home-jacking. The case goes back three months. On the night of October 6, 2022 more precisely, during which three roommates of an apartment in the Borderouge district, located on a first floor, experienced a real nightmare.
A trio appeared from the terrace through the French window. The three occupants, aged 23, were overpowered at knifepoint and then tied up. The intruders then beat them to extract their bank codes. Thanks in particular to withdrawals made with bank cards, the investigators of the property crime unit of the departmental security ended up identifying three suspects, already known to their services. One of them was released for lack of confounding. The other two, one of whom would have admitted the facts while minimizing them, were to be tried on Monday in an immediate appearance but they asked for time to prepare their defense.
