Nigel Farage: The return of the Brexit forefather

Nigel Farage is the enfant terrible of British politics. The southpaw was one of the spiritual fathers of Brexit and can currently be seen in the British version of the jungle camp. The unsuccessfully governing Conservatives fear that Farage could soon take on a completely different role.

It was “time to dare to do something new” – these were the words Nigel Farage used to justify his entry into the British version of the “Jungle Camp” two weeks ago.

“It can hardly get worse than Brexit,” replied his camp colleague Josie Gibson sarcastically.

The former head of UKIP, the “UK Independence Party”, is said to have negotiated 1.5 million pounds, around 1.75 million euros, for his participation in the reality show. This makes him the main attraction in this year’s jungle. In contrast to Brexit, its intellectual forefather Farage is apparently still very popular in the kingdom.
