The right-wing populist politician Nigel Farage has confirmed the rumors about his participation in the British jungle camp.

The Brexit supporter Nigel Farage (59) will take part in the British edition of the jungle camp. On X (formerly Twitter) he confirmed that he was on “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” is there. There had already been speculation about this before. Apparently those responsible for the show are paying a lot of money for the politician’s arrival. He will receive the highest salary in the show’s history.

So he announces his participation

“The rumors are true,” wrote Nigel Farage on a video, which shows him reading The Sun newspaper. He added: “I’ll see you in the jungle.”

Will he receive more than a million pounds?

According to the British newspaper, the former head of the Ukip party will receive up to one million pounds (around 1.14 million euros) for his jungle camp trip. This is the highest fee in the history of the show. “The Sun” also published pictures showing the right-wing populist politician arriving in Brisbane, Australia over the weekend. The British jungle camp is scheduled to start on November 19th. Then, in addition to a number of British stars, Farage also meets Britney Spears’ (41) little sister, actress Jamie Lynn Spears (32).
