Finding Frenchmen in the Premiership has become extremely rare. Nicolas Sestaret appears in Exeter as the last “Frenchy” of the English Championship. This former winger, passed by Stade Toulousain, Pau and Dax, in the early 2000s, had crossed the Channel in 2005, at the time to join Plymouth. Since then, he has never left England. “At first I only signed one-year contracts and in the end, I’ve been here for more than 15 years”laughs the technician.
