A year after the wedding, it was announced that Nicolas Cage and his wife Riko Shibata would be parents. A spokesman for the couple confirmed this news to a US magazine.
On February 16, 2021, they gave a “very small and intimate wedding in Las Vegas” the yes word. They met for the first time in June 2021 at an official event. Now Oscar winners await Nicolas Cage and his fifth wife, 27-year-old Riko Shibata, their first child together.
“The parents-to-be are very pleased,” the American “People” magazine quoted a spokesman for the couple as saying. Further details are not yet known. Cage already has two sons from previous relationships: 16-year-old Kal-El, whose mother is Cage’s third wife Alice Kim (married from 2004 to 2016), and 31-year-old Weston from a relationship with actress Christina Fulton.
