Is Newcastle bagging the next winter transfer after Kieran Trippier? Striker Chris Wood is said to come from Burnley.
Premier League problem child Newcastle United is apparently facing the second winter transfer. As Sky Sports reported that the Magpies have drawn the release clause of Burnley striker Chris Wood – the transfer fee is around 25 million euros.
For Newcastle, which is currently penultimate in the English top division, it would be the second transfer after Investor takeover. The club only had a few days ago Kieran Trippier signed by Atletico Madrid.
