This time, however, the event is scheduled for 5 p.m. local time, which for us in Central Europe means 1 a.m. on October 31st. This fits the frame of Halloween and the theme of “Scary Fast”.
Event on October 31st: Apple could introduce these products
One of the most anticipated products that Apple may unveil on October 31st is an update to the iMac, especially the 24-inch model. The current iMac was introduced in April 2021 and is the last current generation Mac with the M1 chip. Experts see a hardware update as overdue. Speculation about the M3 chipset is also high. How Macworld Reportedly, the key change in all of these Macs is expected to be the M3 series processors. This could mean a significant performance boost for the iMac range.
In addition to the iMacs, Apple could also release updates for the MacBook Pro and that MacBook Air to announce. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman doesn’t expect a new MacBook Air, but updates to the 13-inch, 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros are likely.
