Change of era at Losc. Olivier Letang, president of the club, arrived at the head of the club last December, decided to break with the methods of the former management led by Gérard Lopez and Luis Campos.

As revealed by the Team this Sunday, the northern club, in economic difficulty, decided to freeze the payment of negotiated agent commissions, promised by the former leaders and valued at several million euros. Intermediaries who worked on the transfers of Luiz Araujo (2017), Benjamin André (2019), Isaac Lihadji, Jonathan David (2020) and on the contract extension of Mike Maignan signed in 2018 are concerned by this measure.

Intermediaries could sue the club

“We asked for due diligence work from a law firm with expertise in sport and football in particular. We want to ensure that the legal framework has been respected, ”declared Olivier Létang, president of Losc, in the columns of the sports daily.

A decision that inevitably goes wrong with agents and other intermediaries who could sue the northern club. For its part, the Losc ensures that it will pay what has been promised if everything is in order.
