For her anthology “Anti-Semitism in and from Turkey”, the Turkologist and historian Corry Guttstadt has compiled a comprehensive picture of the development, function and actors of Turkish-Islamic anti-Semitism in the past and present in 30 articles by international specialist authors. The combined expertise made it possible to address a highly topical topic on which there is currently little material available in German. With concise and understandable essays, which are supplemented by images and information boxes, the collection can provide objectification in the debates about the “foreign and internal contribution” of current anti-Semitism.
