The historian Lothar Machtan, who wrote the book; Minister of Economic Affairs Peter Altmaier, whose role will appear even more puzzling after his 45-minute lecture; and of course the head of the House of Hohenzollern, Georg Friedrich Prince of Prussia, who financed this book.
