A 45-year-old driver from Planegg had to find out how quickly you can overlook another road user when changing lanes and cause an accident. The man was driving his car on Forstenrieder Straße in Neuried late Monday afternoon and wanted to switch to the turning lane on Ammerseestraße. Planegger apparently did not realize that an 85-year-old from Neuried had already parked his car there at the same time. According to the police, the two vehicles collided around 5 p.m. in which the left side of one car and the right front of the other car were damaged. Nobody was harmed during the accident. Police estimate the damage caused to be around $2,000.
