The municipality of Neuried offers 15 apartments at reduced rents for people with low incomes. The apartments on Bozaunweg are still under construction and are expected to be ready for occupancy in August. The rental price per square meter is less than 13 euros. Interested parties can apply to the municipality from Friday, March 17th to Saturday, April 15th.
The Neurieder model adopted by the municipal council allows a certain proportion of apartments to be allocated at reduced rates for a period of 25 years in new buildings. There are currently seven two-room and three-room apartments available, as well as one 1.5-room apartment. Above all, those who live in Neuried can apply. Preference will be given to those who have been residents for a long time. However, people who do not have their primary residence in the municipality but have had their full-time job in Neuried for the past five years can also apply.
