Neukeferloh: 25-year-old stabbed by visitor – Munich

A young man was stabbed to death on Monday afternoon in Neukeferloh (Munich district) by an acquaintance who was visiting him. The suspect initially managed to flee, but was arrested late on Wednesday afternoon. An arrest warrant was issued against him for attempted manslaughter.

According to police, the crime occurred on Whit Monday when the suspect, an 18-year-old man, and two women were visiting a 25-year-old man they knew in Neukeferloh. Apparently, an argument developed between the two young men. When the two women were in the toilet, the situation escalated, according to police. The 18-year-old stabbed his opponent with an as yet unknown object.

The victim, who had suffered stab wounds to the chest and neck, was taken to a Munich hospital in a rescue helicopter. The 18-year-old initially managed to escape. The homicide squad took over the case and obtained an arrest warrant. On Wednesday at 5:45 p.m., the suspect was arrested in a town in the eastern district of Munich.
