Because a 95-year-old was reported missing in a retirement home, the police searched for the woman with six patrols and a helicopter in Neu-Ulm. During a tour on Tuesday night, the elderly woman was not in her room, whereupon the nursing staff called the emergency number, said a police spokesman. After the officers searched the dormitory and the surrounding area, the elderly woman was found in her room. According to her statements, she was in the locked room of an 86-year-old. It was initially unclear to what extent the two residents knew each other.
