Nepomuk column: Noise at Helene Fischer – Starnberg

No, of course I didn’t want to. But I had to go to the hairdresser. Actually, with the pandemic, I had started cutting my own hair. Or better: shave. That had good and bad sides.

The good thing about cutting my hair myself was that I saved money and time. And in the end I didn’t have to pretend like I liked the haircut I got. Or got gel in my hair that I had to wash out immediately afterwards. Well, I have a good white lie for that: Gel? Oh, that’s nice of you, but I’m going to go swimming right away anyway, you don’t need to put the good gel in, no, no, not even with the hair dryer, everything falls apart anyway, you know, it would be a waste of your trouble. Too bad.

The bad thing about cutting your own hair was the hairstyle. And that lately I didn’t notice anything anymore. That’s the real reason why you get your hair cut: to hear what’s new. Who is telling about whom. Where there’s something to gossip about. So I went to the hairdresser. Wrong, because I went to get my hair cut on the hottest day of the year – and there was nobody in the salon apart from me, the hairdresser and his dog.

What the heck, close your eyes and through. I grabbed the magazines so the hairdresser would leave me alone. And damn it – Thomas Gottschalk now has short hair. I think he did the editing himself. Then on the next page I read: Noise stress instead of baby idyll at Helene Fischer am Ammersee! There is construction going on on the property next to her villa. And then also from Mayor Bleimaier personally. It will be a single-family home with a separate apartment and a double garage. Not a villa, but such a killer thing. It is not yet known when the excavators will roll, but the Fischers will soon be making noise. For the Nala, as the little fisherman is called, sleeping is of course stupid if it’s noisy for months. On the other hand, the child should be treated to it: a drilling noise like that from the neighbors also grounds somewhere.

By the way, Helene Fischer will soon be in Munich and will be giving a big concert. The hairdresser told me he knows things like that, because he goes there himself. 150,000 people are said to be there. Or as he says: all of Munich. That’s good, then they’re busy – and we have the lakes to ourselves.
