When bushes trigger a garden hose attack: A woman wanted to cut back her neighbor’s hedge in Amberg because the green protruded into her property. Because the neighbor didn’t like it, she attacked the 65-year-old on Monday with the garden hose and splashed her wet, the police said on Tuesday. The 51-year-old apologized for the attack, but continued to spray water. The hedge trimmer then called the police, who had to mediate between the two women. A police spokesman could not say how the dispute ended, but no complaint was made.
