After turning around, the two young men, in their twenties, insist but this time come across a neighbor who saw the scene.

Is it necessary to specify that this scene particularly shocked the girl and her family, who decided to file a complaint. And if the judicial response still remains a mystery, a month after the facts, that of the police, at the time of the filing of the complaint, is also surprising.
The next day, the mother goes to the Lille police station. A simple handrail is recorded. “I’m worried about letting her go to school alone,” the mom said in her statement. It will take the intervention of the neighborhood with the family so that this handrail is transformed, four days later, into a complaint for “attempted arrest, kidnapping, sequestration or arbitrary detention of a 15-year-old minor”. An offense that corresponds a little more to reality and can lead its perpetrators to a very heavy sentence.

Since then, no one has heard from him. Contacted, the Alliance police union admits its surprise. “Normally, an attempted kidnapping is the result of a complaint and not of a handrail,” he admits.
