The scripts for the right thriller were written even before the pandemic began: A dangerous virus breaks out of a high-security laboratory and threatens the planet. This story has often been told in Hollywood. And it would have real box office hit potential if this plot were to come true with the Sars-CoV-2 coronavirus. Had it been a laboratory accident that released this murderous virus into the world, it would shroud the whole misery of the pandemic in an even darker light.
