Free TV off for that VOX format “My Mom, Your Dad” with Amira Pocher (30). As the broadcaster announced, the new dating show will be removed from the TV program with immediate effect. “The Mallorca broker – Marcel Remus & his real estate team” also has to give way and loses its slot on Tuesday. On September 5th, 12th and 19th, the station will instead broadcast double episodes of “Hot oder Schrott – Die Allestester” (Tuesdays at 8:15 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.).

With the stop of the broadcast on free TV, VOX is apparently taking the consequence of the weak ratings of both formats for the episodes shown so far. At least “DWDL” reports on this. The presenter Amira Pocher and celebrity broker Marcel Remus (36) did not prove to be the crowd pullers.

Fans of the formats still get the opportunity to see the remaining episodes. As VOX explains, the further episodes of the shows should still be weekly via the in-house streaming service RTL+ to be published.

In “My Mom, Your Dad”, twelve single mothers and fathers are given a new chance at late love in a total of eight episodes on the island of Crete and possibly find a partner for life – always eyed by their daughters and sons . In a press release before the start of the broadcast, VOX described the core of the show as follows: “Dating from two perspectives: Gen Z vs. Boomer, Relatable vs. Cringe! What would the kids not have known and what can they learn from their parents?”
