It’s the hit queen’s first tour in years, and thousands of fans are excited. You had to wait longer because of an injury to the artist. Now the “intoxication” in Hamburg should begin.

Premiere after a rib fracture: Helene Fischer will start her tour in Hamburg today. Due to an injury during an acrobatic rehearsal, the start planned for the end of March in Bremen and shows in Cologne had to be postponed.

After the start in Hamburg with concerts on five consecutive days in the Barclays Arena, around 70 more concerts are planned in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland, according to tour organizer Live Nation.

Pop star Fischer developed the “Intoxication” tour with the acrobatic troupe Cirque du Soleil. The 38-year-old was last on tour in 2018. After a baby break, she returned to the stage in 2022 and gave her biggest concert to date in Munich in front of around 130,000 fans.

“I’m really looking forward to it”

It’s about kidnapping people into a world that is far away from their everyday life and creating something magical on stage, she said last year at the presentation of the tour. “I’m really looking forward to experiencing this feeling on stage again, and also to picking up the people, as I said, a little bit.”

Other planned stations include Dortmund, Leipzig, Stuttgart, Oberhausen, Berlin, Mannheim, Hanover, Vienna, Zurich, Arnhem and Munich. The canceled concerts in Bremen and Cologne will also be rescheduled. In almost all cities, Fischer is on the stage for several days. The last concert is planned for October 8, 2023 in Frankfurt am Main.

Fischer (“Breathless through the night”) wants to present their biggest hits and songs from their current album “Rausch”. With more than 17 million records sold, she is one of the most successful musicians in Europe.
