In October he wanted to make his comeback. Now the 74-year-old Ozzy Osbourne had to back down. The reason is several health problems.
The British cult rocker Ozzy Osbourne (74) canceled his comeback appearance at a festival in California in October. “As painful as it is, I had to make the decision not to perform on Power Trip in October,” he shared on Instagram on Monday.
“Unfortunately, my body is telling me I’m not ready yet, and I’m way too proud to do the first show half-heartedly in almost five years,” Osbourne said. He thanked his fans, band and crew for their loyalty and support.
The Black Sabbath rocker had already canceled his long-planned and repeatedly postponed tour of Europe and Great Britain in February for health reasons. The Briton suffers from Parkinson’s, has had to undergo multiple operations and has had Corona.
