“Music Impossible” with Conchita Wurst
Two new episodes with unlikely stars

“Music Impossible” with Conchita Wurst goes into the third round and, among other things, pits country against Italian hits.
Under the motto “My song, your sound” Conchita Wurst (34) once again asked dissimilar artists to do a musical experiment. As ZDF has now announced, two new episodes of the online-first format “Music Impossible” will be available in the media library from October 20th at 10:00 a.m.
In the episodes, two bands and two musicians come together. This time the western rockers from The BossHoss as well as the Italo pop stars from Roy Bianco & The Abbrunzati Boys are at the start. The second musical duel is now taking place between Senna Gammour (43), who became famous in 2006 through the casting band Monrose, and folk musician Stefanie Hertel (44).
This is how music fusion works
Nothing has changed in the concept of the show. Once again, the participants try to wrap one of their songs in each other’s musical garb. Roy Bianco & The Abbrunzati Boys set about the task of crafting a country anthem from their hit “Quanto Costa”, while The BossHoss venture into the realms of Italo hits with their “Don’t Gimme That”. The local audience determines who did it better in the end.
Same thing with Hertel and Gammour: Does the former really manage to conjure up a pop number from “Über alles Bacherl goes a Brückerl”? And how does the Monrose song “Like a Lady” sound as a piece of folk music suitable for rocking? The answer will be available in the ZDF media library on October 20th, but the new “Music Impossible” episodes will only be shown on television shortly before Christmas, on December 22nd (11:15 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.).
The pairings in the four previous episodes were both well-known and unusual. In it, Marianne Rosenberg and Eko Fresh, Jennifer Weist and Sarah Engels, Mike Singer and Doro Pesch as well as Mickie Krause and Tom Gaebel explored each other’s music genres.
