Together with Udo Lindenberg, Apache hit like a “comet” in 2007. The super hit has really sucked into the single charts. Not the only hot potato that the musician has in the fire.

Rapper Apache 207 continues to soar. With his new album “Gartenstadt”, the 25-year-old musician has taken the top spot in the German album charts, as reported by GfK Entertainment. The title “Garden City” refers to the district of Ludwigshafen where the Mannheim-born rapper grew up. In the single charts there is a veritable Apache firework with four titles among the top five.

Irish singer-songwriter Niall Horan started at number two in the album charts with what is now his third solo album “The Show”. “Sing my Song – The Exchange Concert, Vol. 10” climbs from seventh to third place. The South Korean boy band Stray Kids (“5-Star”, four) and Peter Fox (“Love Songs”, five) follow in the next places.

The “Friesenjung” by Ski Aggu, Joost & Otto Waalkes remains at the top of the single charts. “Komet” by Udo Lindenberg & Apache 207, which was at the top for weeks, defended second place, followed by three more Apache titles: “If it stays that way” (three), “What do you know” (four) and ” Breaking Your Heart” (five).
