At just 22 years old, Billie Eilish received her second Oscar in March. Now the US singer is announcing her third album – it will be released in May.

American singer and two-time Oscar winner Billie Eilish (22) is releasing her third album. “Hit Me Hard and Soft” will be released on May 17th, she announced via Instagram.

She was nervous and excited, she wrote in a message to her fans with lots of emojis. She and her brother Finneas couldn’t be prouder of the album. Eilish, full name Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O’Connell, and Finneas O’Connell write songs together.

As a 17-year-old, the exceptional artist stormed with her debut album “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” (2019) the charts. Her second record “Happier Than Ever” was released in 2021. In 2022, the siblings won the Oscar for best song with “No Time To Die” from the Bond film “No Time to Die”. This March, they hit the big time with the “Barbie” song “What Was I Made For?” her second trophy.

In her announcement, Eilish linked her brother and photographer William Drumm, who is known for underwater photography. She also posted a photo that shows the singer floating underwater below a white door.
