The Planegger and Martinsrieder clubs will also receive around one million euros in active financial support in the current year. Because of the community’s good financial situation, the members of the main and finance committees refrained from making cuts. The gymnastics and sports clubs get by far the largest part of the money, proportionately according to the number of their members. The SV Planegg-Krailling, the DJK Würmtal, the TV Planegg-Krailling, the EC Planegg-Geisenbrunn, the ESC Planegg-Würmtal and the shooting clubs allocate a total of 220,000 euros in working capital grants and a further 115,000 euros for their youth work. The SV Planegg-Krailling also receives a subsidy of 270,000 euros for the construction of a gymnastics room. In the cultural area, the support for the music school Planegg-Krailling stands out: It receives financial support of 255,000 euros. The rest of the amount is distributed among several other cultural institutions. A decision on expense reports from some clubs has not yet been made. The sum would clearly exceed the amount of around 20,000 euros set aside in the budget for this purpose. Treasurer Katharina Gaspers should therefore develop a proposal for a proportionate subsidy.
