The women’s clinic on Taxisstraße has to move to the main building of the Red Cross Clinic. When that will be is still unclear. One thing is clear: until then, medical care will continue without restrictions.
Lukas is only a few minutes old. He is sleeping and for once he is not in the arms of his mom or dad, but of Ina Rühl. She smiles at the newborn. “Another healthy Taxis baby,” says the head obstetrician and beams at the boy. She has been working at the women’s clinic on Taxisstrasse since 2012 and has been chief physician since April 2023. The 48-year-old is simply happy about every child that is born healthy.
