Munich: Why many flamingos have disappeared from Hellabrunn Zoo – Munich

The flamingos not only give the name to an entrance in Hellabrunn, but are also a landmark of the Munich Zoo. Until now, there were birds of all shades of red living in the enclosure there, but now they have been heavily sorted out and the flamingo group has been almost halved.
