Fritz Mayrshofer is a master baker in Karlsfeld and exclusively supplies the snack bars, restaurants and the press center for the 1972 Olympic Games with rolls. He wants to master the expected rush with a conveyor belt oven that is being developed by a Munich and a French specialist company. The fully automatic roll line, which will be presented to the press on July 25, spits out 13,000 rolls per hour.
