A still unknown man spit in the face of a 15-year-old girl on the street and insulted her in a derogatory, sexualized way. As the police have only now announced, the girl was standing with a 16-year-old girl in front of a school on Damenstiftstrasse in the Lehel district of Munich last Wednesday at around 1:15 p.m. when the man suddenly attacked her in passing and continued walking.
The police assume a possible xenophobic motive because the 15-year-old was wearing a headscarf at the time of the crime. An immediately initiated search for the suspect was unsuccessful. He is described as being around 50 years old and 1.70 meters tall. He should be remarkably gaunt and have short white or graying hair.
