Nostalgia fills the fountain courtyard of the Residenz in Munich this summer. The “10th Munich Open-Air Summer” offers a varied music program: Tribute shows of popular classics take guests back to the pop past.
Rock fans will queen-Tribute on August 11th performed by the band’s musicians break free, happy. echoes take you on a journey to the psychedelic sounds on August 12th Pink Floyds – with a backdrop that is based on the stages of the originals and authentic outfits.
A bit of “Dolce Vita” in “Italy’s northernmost city” awaits visitors at the “Italo-Pop-Night” (13 August), while there is a mountain hut atmosphere at “50 Years of Austropop” (10 August). Fans of cinematic sounds don’t miss out either: at the summer night of film music with the theme “100 years of Hollywood”, famous title melodies awaken cinema memories (14.8.).
