A train ran over several e-scooters thrown on the tracks at Feldmoching station on Friday night. At around 2.15 a.m., Deutsche Bahn reported that there were several e-scooters next to the tracks. It turned out that there were several destroyed scooters on a section of about 70 meters next to and on the tracks. They had apparently been hit by a train and rolled over. The railway line was then closed for half an hour.
Two days earlier, two e-scooters had been run over by a train in the same area of the station. In both cases, the federal police have started investigations into dangerous interference with rail traffic. Last Sunday, young people in the area of the Arnulfsteg and the Donnersbergerbrücke threw scooters into the track area.
In addition, the police reported another case of vandalism on Saturday afternoon, an e-scooter was sunk in the Eisbach in the area of the Eisbach wave. This was salvaged by two surfers.
