Munich: Three new pop-up shops for young creatives – Munich

Three small entrepreneurs selected by the cultural and creative industries competence team are to liven up downtown Munich with their pop-up shops for a year: “The Happy Club” in the Ruffinihaus, “Tom Rebl” in the town hall and the “Munich Graffiti Library” in the arcades of the City Museum next to the Artothek. The designer Michaela Huml organizes with her creative studio The Happy Club Printing workshops and exhibitions on risography, a stencil printing process similar to screen printing, and also offers risography works by various artists for sale. In the Munich Graffiti Library Benjamin Schandelmaier, Bernhard Valenta, Petra Weigart and Lorenz Wittmann want to make the graffiti art collection curated by them accessible in the form of a reading library. In addition, new releases, one-offs and publications from the in-house publishing house will be sold, and there will be readings, video screenings, exhibitions and panel discussions. The one who returned from Milan Fashion designer Tom Rebl not only wants to push its own brand in the temporary use project, but also organize exhibitions, collaborations, themed evenings and panel discussions with young designers.
