Three people were injured in a traffic accident in Freiham on Tuesday evening. A VW Golf and a van collided at an intersection, police said on Wednesday. An emergency call was initially made automatically by a participant’s smartphone, which reported a serious accident.
Another call confirmed the information: ambulances, an emergency medical vehicle and a fire department vehicle were alerted. The 26-year-old driver of the Golf and his 27-year-old companion were taken to a clinic, and the driver of the van was also taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
