A 46-year-old woman attacked the person sitting next to her from behind on a train to Munich – presumably because she had kissed her boyfriend. The suspect had already shouted at the couple sitting in front of her after their first kiss to stop, a federal police spokeswoman said on Monday.
After another kiss, the woman is said to have hit the 30-year-old on the shoulder from behind on Sunday evening. The suspect, who was known to the police, was temporarily arrested at Munich Central Station, but was allowed to leave after police measures were taken. She now has to answer for assault. The 30-year-old did not require medical treatment.
